Our Nurseries

The Little Lane Nursery has 2 beautiful locations both offering the highest standard of childcare in the Stamford area. Our boutique nurseries cares for children between 6-weeks and 5-years of age.

We are passionate about childcare and dedicated to a safe and happy environment in which each child can achieve their full potential by developing confidence, creativity and a lifelong love of learning - regardless of their ability or background.

All About Us

The Little Lane Nursery is the creation of two Stamford mummies; one a qualified nursery nurse and the other a business administration professional. This combination of experience has resulted in a mutual ambition – to introduce a vibrant, happy and nurturing environment in which children can grow up.

Forest School

Forest Schools in the UK have been adapted from a Scandinavian approach to learning. The original source of the concept was from Sweden and has spread all over the world.

The Little Lane Nursery Forest School programmes is run by fully qualified Level 3 Forest School leaders, of which we are lucky to have 4 qualified and 2 in training. Between them the team have a wealth of knowledge and expertise for the children to enjoy these activities in a safe environment.
